What I’ve Been Eating

I know it’s been two weeks since I posted β€” and for this I apologize. I was in New York City and while I was there, I had a little gig at Eater National. But now it’s back to reality and I’m going to try and update once a day, starting with today! I may not have been writing, but I was eating a lot of wonderful meals, like the scrambled eggs with tomatoes and toast I had for breakfast, which are pictured above. Below are more highlights.

Stouffers-inspired French bread pizza.

Creamy smoked salmon shells with peas.

Crab cake salad.

Baked eggs in marinara with spinach and onions.

Egg salad and smoked salmon on whole wheat baguette.

Grilled pork chops with arugula and grapes.

The best peach pie ever.
